Job summary

Bakehouse Art Complex seeks a Development Operations Manager to oversee Bloomerang CRM, data integrity, and donor communications in a growing nonprofit in Miami. You will manage gift entry, donor records, reporting, list management, and data analysis to inform campaign strategy.

With 3–5 years in nonprofit fundraising operations, you will develop dashboards, conduct prospect research, and support development workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in nonprofit fundraising databases or development operations.
• Proficiency with Bloomerang CRM strongly preferred.
• Experience with gift entry, donor records, reporting, acknowledgments, and list management.
• Strong nonprofit development understanding and data accuracy focus.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to create customized reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for Bloomerang CRM and fundraising data.
• Maintain data entry standards, clean records, and ensure data integrity.
• Develop fields, queries, reports, and campaigns; train staff on procedures.
• Conduct prospect research and prepare donor briefings for strategy.
• Produce fundraising reports and dashboards for leadership and planning.
• Support moves-management, gift reconciliation, and data security.
