Job summary

Guild Services in Minnesota is seeking an Advancement Operations Specialist to oversee fundraising systems, data integrity, and donor engagement. You will administer Bloomerang CRM and related philanthropy tools, reconcile gift records, prepare reports, and support audits.

You will collaborate across departments to improve processes, develop analytics, and support events and communications while maintaining compliance and data security.

Qualifications

• Requires experience with CRM systems, fundraising platforms, and donor management software.
• Minimum 3 years in fundraising operations, CRM/database management, data management and reporting, and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for Bloomerang CRM and related Philanthropy systems.
• Manage system integrations and evaluate new technology to improve fundraising results.
• Ensure data integrity through standardized data entry, audits, and de-duplication; maintain internal controls.
