Job summary

Guild is seeking an Advancement Operations Specialist to manage the donor CRM, data governance, and reporting to bolster fundraising and donor engagement. The role coordinates across departments, ensures accurate gift processing, and develops analytics to inform strategy.

You will support gift processing, acknowledgements, and donor communications while maintaining internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in fundraising operations, CRM/database management, data management and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with CRM platforms, donor management software, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CRM and Philanthropy systems administrator, ensuring data integrity and efficient operations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and queries to support fundraising strategy and decision-making.
• Handle donor services, giving processing, acknowledgements, and tax receipts.
• Support planning and execution of fundraising events and donor stewardship activities.
