Friends Academy is seeking a Database Administrator for the Advancement Office in Locust Valley, NY. You will manage the Veracross donor database, ensure data integrity, and support gift processing, analytics, and stewardship initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years working with donor databases, with a preference for Veracross or similar systems. Collaboration with Admissions, Business Office, and fundraising teams is essential.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with a donor databases is required.
• A strong preference for Veracross or similar system such as Raiser’s Edge/Blackbaud.
• Experience with auction platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Veracross database administration and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct gift processing, receipting, and reporting for fundraising activities.
• Support prospect research, analytics, and donor stewardship initiatives.
• Coordinate event data management and donor communications.
