Job summary

University Prep in Seattle seeks a temporary Development Database Manager to steward donor data and development systems, with expertise in Veracross and Boost My School. You will work with the Business Office, IT, and school leadership to ensure data accuracy and compliance while handling sensitive donor information.

The role supports annual giving, campaigns, and events, producing regular financial reports and dashboards for leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum two years of experience in non-profit development preferred.
• Proficient with Veracross (or equivalent donor database).
• Independent school experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Veracross/Boost My School expert for Development.
• Manage annual database cleanup and data integrity.
• Process and post gift/pledge data and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Provide weekly/monthly/annual financial reports to Business Office and leadership.
• Design dashboards and reports for Development leadership and Board.
