Job summary

DREAM seeks a Donor Database Manager to join its Advancement team. The role oversees Salesforce, donor data, and fundraising analytics to support growth across seven DREAM Charter Schools and related programs.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Advancement Operations, you will optimize data quality, automate processes, and generate insights while collaborating with Finance, IT, and frontline fundraisers in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3–5 years Salesforce admin experience.
CRM administration and data quality.
Experience with gift processing and revenue operations.
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with automation, AI-enabled tools, or emerging technology preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary Salesforce administrator for Advancement.
Manage Salesforce configuration, users, campaigns, reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations with fundraising platforms.
Oversee data imports/exports, deduplication, data standards, governance, and quality controls.
Monitor database health, security, system performance, and documentation; collaborate with IT and vendors.
Train staff on Salesforce, fundraising technology, data standards, and best practices.
Lead revenue reconciliation and gift processing workflows across Salesforce and fundraising platforms.
