Job summary

Miracle Flights in Las Vegas is seeking a detail‑oriented CRM Administrator to maintain data integrity in Bloomerang, support acknowledgments, and drive donor communications for our philanthropy program.

You will partner with the Chief of Philanthropy and team to ensure gifts are processed accurately, stewardship is documented, and reporting dashboards provide insights for fundraising campaigns and donor events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years nonprofit, administrative, or CRM experience.
• Experience with donor databases or CRM systems, Bloomerang preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• CRM Administration & Data Management: Maintain accurate donor, prospect, and organization records; audits and quality control; create reports and dashboards; support pipeline management and forecasting; manage imports/exports and segmentation.
• Gift Processing & Acknowledgments: Process gifts accurately; generate tax receipts and acknowledgment letters; coordinate stewardship mailings; reconcile gift records with finance; document donor restrictions.
• Prospect Research: Conduct prospect research and wealth screening; prepare donor and meeting briefing materials; identify new prospects; support portfolio development.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare fundraising reports; maintain dashboards and KPI reporting; support revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting; track campaign/event performance; monitor donor retention.
• Event & Campaign Support: Manage event logistics and auction solicitation; support annual campaigns; track metrics.
• Stewardship Support: Prepare stewardship reports and impact materials; assist donor appreciation events; document stewardship activities.
• Administrative Support: Coordinate calendars and donor meetings; prepare materials; maintain procedures.
