Job summary

Miracle Flights is seeking a detail-oriented Philanthropy Associate to support the philanthropy department from gift entry through stewardship. You will serve as the CRM administrator, ensuring data integrity in Bloomerang and coordinating acknowledgments and donor communications.

Collaborating with senior staff, you will help with prospect research, reporting, event support, and campaign logistics while maintaining accurate records and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years nonprofit, administrative, or CRM experience.
• Experience with donor databases; Bloomerang preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CRM administrator for Bloomerang and maintain data integrity.
• Process gifts and prepare tax receipts and acknowledgments.
• Coordinate fundraising and donor stewardship communications.
• Support prospect research and donor briefing materials.
• Prepare fundraising reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Provide scheduling, travel, and meeting support for the team.
