Job summary

National Park Foundation in Washington, DC is seeking a Specialist, Digital Giving to lead email fundraising and donor communications for the Annual Giving program. You will manage day-to-day email production, segmentation, donor journeys, testing, and reporting to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

• Exceptionally strong written and verbal communications for donor-facing content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Execute all email fundraising campaigns and donor communications.
• Manage audience segmentation, donor journeys, and automated communications.
• Draft and edit email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve results.
• Track performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain platform templates, lists, and compliance with privacy standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize campaigns.
