Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Donor Center Associate to conduct pre-donation medical screenings, interact with donors, assess donor suitability, and help set up donation stations in a plasma center.

The role requires maintaining donor confidentiality, providing feedback to ineligible candidates, and ensuring all screening information is accurate and properly documented, while upholding safety and PPE protocols. This position offers a flexible schedule and a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for an entire shift, bend, and twist neck and waist
• Frequent hand and foot movement; ability to make precise coordinated finger, hand and wrist movements
• Ability to lift 15 lbs. routinely, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
• Hearing acuity essential; correctable near and far vision requirements and color perception/discrimination
