Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated plasma donor center team member to perform pre-donation medical screenings, assess donor suitability, and engage with donors to address their needs.

You will maintain donor confidentiality, follow safety protocols and PPE requirements, and ensure accurate completion of screening information while operating in a plasma center.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information.
  • Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups.
  • Ability to work sitting or standing for the entire shift.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs., with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
  • Hearing acuity essential.
  • Correctable near and far vision requirements and color perception/discrimination.
  • Ability to use required personal protective equipment, including protective eyewear, garments, gloves, and cold gear.
  • Ability to work around biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical office/laboratory equipment, and temperatures below 32°F.
