Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a Donation Processing Associate to inspect and grade donated items for resale in our Retail stores. You will process goods quickly, adhering to SOPs in a fast-paced setting while maintaining guest-focused service.

We offer weekly pay, benefits including health/dental/vision, uniforms, and access to free job skills training at Goodwill Career Centers. Must be 18+, and able to work across ADC locations in the territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication in English.
• Able to work at any Goodwill of North Georgia ADC within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale.
• Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Display a professional, patient, and guest-first attitude.
• Sort donations into designated categories and report needs to management.
