Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a dedicated team member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale in retail stores. You will process items efficiently to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment while following standard operating procedures.

The role emphasizes guest service, accurate donation receipts, organized workflow, and teamwork. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in English, work safely, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication in English; interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Display a professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest.
• Sort donations into designated categories and maintain organization.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards.
