Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring an ADC Donor Specialist (Part-Time) to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for our Retail stores. You will process items in a fast-paced environment, meeting production goals while following standard procedures.

Responsibilities include sorting donations, assisting guests, issuing donation receipts, and maintaining a clean donor door area. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 30lbs, and willing to work at multiple ADC locations within the territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of production experience preferred
• Basic math and reading skills
• Good oral and written communication in English
• Able to work at any Goodwill ADC within the territory
• Must be 18+ to operate forklifts

Responsibilities

• Always display a professional, patient, and “people first” attitude with guests
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating
• Adequately handle guest questions and resolve problems by following agency procedures
• Properly sort donations into designated categories
• Effectively communicate with management when necessary
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized donor door area/attended donation center location
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
