Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring at one of its 100+ locations. The role involves examining and grading donated goods, then processing them to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment. You will handle donations, sort items, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of production experience preferred, basic math/reading, and good English communication. Forklift certification is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication in English.
• Must be 18+ to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Display a professional, patient, and "people first" attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to guests at the time of donating.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Adhere to safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Attend trainings and meetings and follow SOPs.
