Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Donor Specialist at our Bells Ferry store in Woodstock, GA. This full-time role handles donation processing and customer interactions in a fast-paced retail setting. You will sort donated goods, issue receipts, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Good oral and written communication in English required.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift per certification rules.

Responsibilities

• Display a professional, patient, and guest-first attitude.
• Provide a donation receipt to guests at donation time.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Follow procedures and communicate with management.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Attend trainings and meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
