Job summary

B Positive Plasma - MacDade/Holmes in Ridley Township, PA is seeking a phlebotomist to ensure donor suitability, product integrity, and donor health under supervision. You will operate donor qualification equipment, perform phlebotomy, document activities, and support donor care in a fast-paced center. The role requires availability Monday through Friday and alternating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Experience or education in a health-related field helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate donor qualification and donation equipment.
• Maintain donor qualification and donation instruments.
• Prepare the site and perform phlebotomy.
• Document operational and maintenance activities.
• Assess inventory; order and restock supplies.
• Attend to donor needs, including donor reactions.
• Promote customer satisfaction through responsive interaction.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Travel up to 25 miles for training or staffing needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
