Job summary

B Positive Plasma LLC seeks a Phlebotomist to join our blood donation team. The role operates under the Center Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring donor suitability, product integrity, and donor health in accordance with FDA, state regulations and SOP guidelines. Precision, safety and quality are essential in every donation.

Availability is Monday–Friday and every other Saturday (3 on, 4 off). Paid training runs Monday–Friday. Travel up to 25 miles for training or staffing may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Experience or education in health-related field helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate donor qualification and donation instruments.
• Maintain instruments used for donor qualification and donation.
• Prepare site and perform phlebotomy.
• Document operational and maintenance activities.
• Attend to donor needs and donor reactions.
• Promote customer satisfaction through interaction with donors.
• Report unsafe situations or conditions to supervisor.
• Available to travel up to 25 miles for training or staffing.
• Other duties as assigned.
