Job summary

B Positive Plasma LLC is seeking a phlebotomist to join our team. Under supervision, you will perform donor phlebotomy, ensure donor suitability, and maintain strict SOP and FDA-aligned procedures.

You will set up equipment, monitor donor responses, document activities, and assist with inventory management. Willingness to travel up to 25 miles for training or coverage is required, with a focus on safety and donor care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience or education in health-related field helpful.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate instruments used for donor qualification and donation.
• Maintain instruments used for donor qualification and donation.
• Prepare site and perform phlebotomy.
• Document operational and maintenance activities.
• Assess supply inventory; order and restock, as needed.
• Attend to donor’s needs, including donor reactions.
• Promote customer satisfaction through appropriate interaction and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Report all unsafe situations or conditions to supervisor.
• Available to travel up to 25 miles to other facility(ies) for training or assisting other center's staffing needs
• Other duties as assigned.
