Qualifications

• Must be able to walk and stand for full shifts.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Fine motor coordination and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor health metrics and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors via Debit Card system.
• Support center management in identifying operational improvements using 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
