You will work cooperatively as part of a team to support mydonor safety and strong employee engagement.

You will follow SOPs, assist with automation when needed, maintain accurate records, and adapt to evenings, weekends, and holidays while upholding

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year job-related experience preferred.
• 1-3 years relevant people facing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused service.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Delivers a positive, service-oriented donor experience and handles inquiries.
• May operate automation systems (Alyx/Trima) and recruit donors for automation.
• Supports team culture, communicates effectively, and collaborates with staff.
• Maintains equipment and records; ensures donor identification accuracy.
• Assists with donor reactions and provides appropriate care when needed.
• Rebooks donors for future appointments and complies with regulations.
