Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center Operations Manager to oversee daily activities at the Los Angeles center. You will ensure regulatory compliance and lead staff through training and performance development to maintain high safety and quality standards.

The role requires managing inspections, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives, while supporting production targets and budgeting. Candidates should be capable of leading a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 12 months applicable experience.
• 1 year of operations or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of people management preferred including recruiting, training, etc.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all regulations to ensure safety and quality.
• Assist inspections and CAPA with other departments.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Promote safety, health, environmental policies and training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and facility cleanliness.
• Manage product storage and shipments and handle unsuitable products.
• Support production targets, cost control, and inventory management.
• Participate in hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Foster an inclusive culture and HR policy adherence.
• Act as a designated trainer for on-the-job and certification training.
• Provide leadership during area walkthroughs and assist productivity.
• Cultivate donor relationships to support retention and growth.
• Handle scheduling, payroll records, and staff meetings.
• Monitor KPIs and address deficiencies with leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
