Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily donor center operations in Florida.

You will lead a team, ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP standards, manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll records, and drive process improvements to meet production goals and budget targets. Responsibilities include coordinating with quality, regulatory, and HR functions, conducting trainings as a designated trainer, maintaining equipment, and fostering a safe, inclusive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
• 1–3 years of operations and/or process management experience.
• 1–3 years of people management experience including recruiting and coaching.
• Experience with budgeting and fiscal management preferred.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Assist with inspections by regulators and customers.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with departments to implement CAPA and resolve issues.
• Promote safety and environmental policies; provide training and enforce practices.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and keep the center clean and well-maintained.
• Protect product and sample storage integrity; manage unsellable product and shipments.
• Support fiscal performance by aiding production goals and inventory management.
• Contribute to employee performance reviews and development plans.
• Foster positive, inclusive culture and HR policy adherence.
• Serve as Designated Trainer for job and certification training.
• Maintain leadership visibility through area walkthroughs.
• Cultivate donor relationships and support marketing initiatives.
• Manage scheduling, payroll records, and staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
