Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking an on-site Operations Manager to oversee daily donor center operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will lead staff, ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP standards, and coordinate with QA to maintain safety and quality.

The role emphasizes process improvements, CAPA collaboration, training delivery, budget oversight, and performance reviews while fostering a positive, inclusive culture. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of people management required including recruiting, training, etc.
• Experience in fiscal management and budgeting practices preferred.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations to uphold production, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist with inspections conducted by regulatory agencies and customers.
• Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
• Partner with departments to implement CAPA and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Promote Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and provide training.
