Join Parachute is seeking an Assistant Manager (Heavy Travel) in Baton Rouge, LA, to partner with the Center Director and lead daily donor-floor operations. The role focuses on a safe, welcoming donor experience while driving performance and culture during rapid growth.

This full-time position offers a base salary plus a significant bonus potential, with eight weeks of paid travel training and relocation accommodations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work day and evening hours, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations on the donor floor, ensuring smooth donor flow.
• Partner with Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations and donor experience.
• Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections.
• Manage and maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Recruit and develop exceptional team members and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
• Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs and daily priorities.
