Job summary

CSL Plasma in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced trainer to oversee reception staff and ensure efficient donor flow at the center. You will operate under limited supervision while educating donors about plasma-derived products and guiding the screening process.

Responsibilities include patient and caller information, donor reaction monitoring, staff scheduling input, and documenting donor data per SOPs, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in clerical or customer service roles is required.
• Preferably in health care or plasma collection environments.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• General knowledge of plasma pheresis operation.

Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision, train the reception staff and facilitate donor flow.
• Assist qualified donors through the screening process per SOPs.
• Educate new donors on the therapeutic products from donated plasma.
• Answer the telephone and provide appropriate information to callers.
• Monitor donor reactions during/after pheresis and notify staff.
• Maximize donor flow by allocating staff/resources to tasks.
• Calibrate equipment daily; document issues and replace as needed.
• Provide guidance and technical training on processes to staff.
• Support management with scheduling, donor relations and procedures.
• Ensure accurate donor data recording in the electronic system as SOPs.
