Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a healthcare professional to evaluate donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis, administer approved immunizations, and provide limited emergency care as licensed.

The role requires broad knowledge of plasma center operations and compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines. You will review donor records in NexLynk, classify donors, counsel deferred donors, and work with physicians to address abnormal results.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related program (Physician, RN, LPN, EMT) and CPR certified.
• Must hold current state license/certification as allowed.
• One year hospital, field care, or plasma center experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical assessments, and informed consent discussions.
• Review and verify donor information, immunization records, and test results in NexLynk.
• Classify donors into programs and monitor for adverse reactions; provide care as allowed by training/licensure.
• Consult with center Licensed Physician regarding abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Mentor and train new Medical Professionals as a Designated Trainer and support workforce development.
