Job summary

Savers in Sparks, NV is seeking a Community Donation Manager to lead the Donation Center operations as our new location comes online.

You will supervise CDC Ambassadors, coordinate donor flow, promote the Savers brand in the community, and build partnerships with local nonprofits to maximize donations and community impact. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to our mission.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; post-secondary degree preferred.
• Experience managing people preferred.
• Excellent presentation and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Community Donation Center.
• Manage donation flow, scheduling, and staff assignments.
• Promote Savers brand in-store and within the community.
• Lead CDC Ambassadors and develop team talent.
• Engage with donors to improve satisfaction and donations.
• Partner with Sourcing to support fundraisers and drives.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and donor experience.
