Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC in Lumberton, NC is seeking a Center Director to lead the Donor Center operations, drive performance, and build a lean, high-performing team. You will manage day-to-day activities and contribute to strategic leadership within a hyper-growth organization.

Compensation includes a base plus eligible monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth. Travel for initial training is provided. This role reports to Center Management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or higher education required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and endure extended standing or sitting.
• Willingness to work day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive donor flow and retention.
• Own and manage P&L for the site and drive efficiency.
• Recruit, develop and coach a high-performing team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lead audits and inspections.
• Communicate goals and align with Ops leadership using data.
