Job summary

Parachute is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Center Director in overseeing all donor center operations. You will focus on delivering a donor-centric experience while managing operations, safety, and compliance.

You will lead the team, develop staff, and ensure targets are met through KPI-driven decisions, with travel required during training and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• KPI focused with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to travel by plane and/or car.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in cold environments.
• Willing to work day and evening hours, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director on strategy and planning to ensure center operations, donor flow, and donor retention goals are achieved.
• Monitor and evaluate all center operations and develop and implement action plans to improve efficiency.
• Partner with corporate facilities to ensure compliance with all regulations related to quality, safety, and donor processing.
• Support and manage the Center's Profit & Loss to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain all supplies and inventories to ensure availability.
• Lead center quality compliance and engage in regulatory audits.
• Follow Safety and OSHA policies and ensure employee compliance.
• In the absence of the Center Director, assume full responsibility for center operations.
