Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and endure standing/sitting.
• Ability to work day and evening hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily center operations and strategy to achieve donor flow and retention goals.
• Own and manage the P&L for the site and drive efficiency.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team and foster accountability.
