Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Center Director in Bellmead, TX to oversee a growing Donor Center, drive performance, and lead a lean, high‑performing team. You will manage the P&L, ensure an exceptional donor experience, and guide daily operations within a hyper‑growth setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of supervisory leadership, physical ability, and flexibility to work various shifts. Competitive compensation with a base and up to 35% monthly bonus plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods
• Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and strategy to achieve donor flow, retention, and goals.
• Own and manage the P&L, improve efficiency, and implement action plans to meet targets.
• Recruit and develop strong team members and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
• Ensure compliance and safety with all regulations; partner with quality and facilities teams; lead audits.
• Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs and data-driven decisions.
