Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Donor Specialist for the Winder Store on a part-time basis. The role involves friendly guest service, processing donations, and maintaining an organized donor area. You will provide receipts and handle questions following company procedures.

The position requires basic math and reading skills, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Benefits include employee discount and health coverage options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Must have good oral and written communication in English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift; 16-17 not allowed to operate forklifts/balers/compactors.

Responsibilities

• Always display a professional, patient, and customer-first attitude.
• Provide a donation receipt to guests at donation time.
• Sort donations into designated categories per SOP.
• Communicate with management as needed.
• Follow trainings and work instructions consistently.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Attend required trainings and complete all duties assigned by management.
