Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Donor Specialist to join our Griffin location. This part-time role processes donated goods, assists guests, and supports store operations with a friendly, customer-first attitude.

You will sort donations, prepare receipts, and help with loading donations while following safety procedures. The position offers training, employee discounts, and benefits, and requires at least a high school diploma and basic math/reading skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Always display a professional, patient, and “people first” attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating.
• Adequately handle guest questions and resolve problems by following procedures.
• Properly sort donations into designated categories.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized donor door area/ADC location.
