Qualifications

• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale.
• Process donations quickly to meet production goals.
• Sort donations into designated categories and maintain organization.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Maintain safety, report hazards, and follow SOPs.
• Provide a donation receipt to guests and answer questions.
