Join Parachute, LLC in Marion, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager who will partner with the Center Director to lead daily operations on the donor floor, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and drive donor flow and retention.

You will coach team members, monitor quality and regulatory standards, manage inventory and equipment, and support audits. The role offers up to 70K with a base around 50-55K plus up to 25% bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods.
• Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day operations on the donor floor to ensure smooth donor flow.
• Partner with the Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations, donor experience, and compliance.
• Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections.
• Manage and maintain inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Recruit and develop team members and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
• Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs and updates.
