Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC in Marion, Indiana seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations on the donor floor, partnering with the Center Director to ensure a safe, welcoming environment and high donor retention.

This is a full-time role with a base salary of $50k–$55k plus a potential 25% monthly bonus, eight weeks of paid training, travel accommodations, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance. You will lead by example and coach staff to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods.
• Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations by jumping in on the donor floor, keeping things moving, and ensuring smooth donor flow and retention.
• Partner on strategy with the Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations, donor experience, and compliance.
• Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections.
• Manage andmaintain inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Recruit and develop exceptional team members and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
• Communicate and align expectations through regular team syncs, share updates, and keep everyone focused on the day’s priorities.
