Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Marion, OH to lead daily operations on the donor floor and partner with the Center Director to drive donor experience and compliance. You will coach staff, maintain safety standards, and help grow a high-performing team in a fast-changing environment.

The role offers a competitive compensation package up to $70K, with a base salary between $50K-$55K and a up to 25% monthly bonus, plus benefits. Travel during training is included.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Willing to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations on the donor floor and ensure smooth flow.
• Partner with the Center Director on strategy for operations and donor experience.
• Coach team members in real time and maintain a culture of accountability.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory standards during audits.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies; participate in hiring and development.
