Vitalant is seeking a Donor Care Technician III to deliver respectful, efficient blood donation experiences. You will perform donor interviews, determine eligibility, and support donor rebooking, contributing to a life-saving mission.

This on-site role requires a High School diploma or GED, six months of prior Donor Care Tech experience, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. You will work as part of a team to meet daily goals, operate or support Trima Blood Collection Systems, and maintain a valid

Responsabilités

• Perform donor interviews and appropriately determine donation eligibility.
• Participate in donor rebooking activities.
• Perform phlebotomy of donors (whole blood, double red cell, platelet, plasma) per SOPs.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals.
• Provide great customer service and interpersonal interactions.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and drive as needed.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.

Vitalant is seeking a Donor Care Technician III dedicated to making a positive difference. What to Expect

Schedule:

Sunday through Saturday, Five days a week, variable hours between the hours of 6am-8pm based on business needs, Every other weekend required.

Rate of Pay: $20.59 - $22.03 per hour

As Donor Care Tech III, you’ll get to:

• Perform donor interviews and appropriately determine donation eligibility.
• Participate in donor rebooking activities.
• Perform whole blood, double red cell, platelet and plasma phlebotomy of donors in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
• Works as part of a team to achieve daily team production goal. Assists and supports other team members, as required on both Mobile and Fixed Sites.
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Active driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High School Graduate or GED
• Six (6) months previous experience as a Donor Care Tech
• To include training and competent on Trima Blood Collection Systems
• Ability to travel as required
• Able to lift 40lbs
