Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Donor Care Technician III to deliver respectful, efficient blood donation experiences. You will perform donor interviews, determine eligibility, and support donor rebooking, contributing to a life-saving mission.

This on-site role requires a High School diploma or GED, six months of prior Donor Care Tech experience, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. You will work as part of a team to meet daily goals, operate or support Trima Blood Collection Systems, and maintain a valid

Qualifications

Six months previous experience as a Donor Care Tech.
Ability to travel as required.
High School Graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

Perform donor interviews and appropriately determine donation eligibility.
Participate in donor rebooking activities.
Perform phlebotomy of donors (whole blood, double red cell, platelet, plasma) per SOPs.
Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals.
Provide great customer service and interpersonal interactions.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and drive as needed.
Lift up to 40 lbs.
