Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Customer-friendly tone with empathy towards donors.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address donor concerns and requests.
• Cultural sensitivity to Jewish and Christian communities; understanding of Evangelical Christian community.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a donor call-center environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer donor calls promptly in a courteous, caring, and professional manner and follow up as needed.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of letters and donor communications; code interactions in the donor database.
• Respond to website feedback, process matching gifts, resolve credit card issues, and support special projects.
