BioLife Plasma Services in Longview, TX seeks a Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist to support center operations. You will greet donors, perform screenings, and document vital signs while maintaining safety and accuracy in donor records.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays across varying shifts, using our information system to manage donor charts and compensation. Join a dedicated team focused on quality and donor care.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
