BioLife Plasma Services in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a donor screener with phlebotomy responsibilities to support plasma center operations. You will interact with donors, perform vital signs, and document information in our system while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a starting hourly wage of $16.00. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful, and a comprehensive benefits program is offered.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.
• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs occasionally, 5 lbs routinely.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Aufgaben

• Answer phones, greet donors and ensure safety of donors and team.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and maintain records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and support center processes for improvement.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
