Job summary

Good360 in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Senior Coordinator of Resource Development to provide strategic, analytical, and technical support to the Resource Development Leaders and teams. You will drive efficiency, donor service, and yield across Corporate Development, Impact Giving and Individual Giving.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with Marketing, and managing analytics and budgeting processes in a hybrid office/home environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Marketing/Communications, Business Administration, Non-Profit management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of administrative/fundraising experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency with research tools, AI and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of fundraising information sources for corporate donors, individual donors and foundations.
• Strong people skills with ability to interact with groups and individuals at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid office/home environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports donor research (individual, generational giving trends, corporate, industry, foundation prospects).
• Supports research of new technology considerations (Outreach, Adapt.io) and optimization of platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, AI).
• Support the implementation of new analytical applications for Pipeline Forecasting and analytics.
• Support Resource Development portfolio optimization to ensure timely donor communications.
• Support an outreach strategy for GIK corporate donors and donor compliance activities.
• Support monthly financial projections and annual budget planning.
• Assist with presentations and ad hoc analytic reports for meetings.
• Serve as a connector between Marketing and Communications and corporate donors.
• Track progress of team members' annual goals.
