Job summary

National-Center-For-Missing- in Alexandria, VA seeks a Senior Manager, Individual Giving to lead a mid-level donor program with a $500–$5,000 portfolio. You will strengthen donor retention, manage a donor pipeline, and coordinate strategies with philanthropy leadership to drive revenue and engagement.

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you will steward relationships, conduct prospect research, and ensure timely follow-up while collaborating with Digital Fundraising and Communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, including front-line fundraising.
• Demonstrated experience building or improving a donor program, portfolio, or pipeline.
• Experience supporting foundation proposals and reports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and qualified prospects.
• Create tailored engagement and ask strategies based on giving history and capacity.
• Lead donor meetings, schedule next steps, and ensure stewardship experiences.
• Coordinate with Digital Fundraising and Communications on donor strategies.
• Track leadership and board engagement in Salesforce and provide follow-up.
• Support writing, reporting, and coordination for foundation opportunities.
