Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Charitable Partner to manage and nurture leads for donor-advised funds. You will conduct consultative meetings, explain how DAFs work, and help prospects align charitable goals with available vehicles.

You will report to DAFgiving360 while working within Schwab’s HR policies. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, strong relationship and presentation skills, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience; college degree highly preferred.
• Outstanding persuasive skills, relationship management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce as a mechanism for identifying, qualifying, and recording new sales opportunities.
• Demonstrated passion for philanthropy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by absorbing and applying complex information quickly.
• Well-developed time management skills with the ability to organize, manage and juggle competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture leads from prospective clients interested in donor-advised funds.
• Conduct consultative meetings to explain features, benefits, and applications of donor-advised funds.
• Communicate value proposition to donors, financial consultants, and partners across Schwab.
• Use Salesforce to create and qualify leads, track activities, and route opportunities to appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Donor Services, and Charitable Consulting teams to track outcomes and reporting.
