Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support its Transportation/Warehouse department. You will perform material handling, assist donors, and ensure smooth flow of donated goods and retail items throughout the facility.

Primary duties include inventory paperwork, safe operation of equipment, and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace. The role requires reliable communication with donors and team members and readiness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and perform simple math.
• Neat appearance and effective communication with the public.
• Ability to operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general warehouse operations and post-consumer sorting of commodities.
• Complete paperwork such as truck manifests and equipment inspections.
• Keep work area clean and organized during and after shifts.
• Receive goods from the public, greet donors, assist, and provide receipts.
• Ensure safety and report progress to supervisor in a timely manner.
