Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Warehouse Associate to process donated merchandise and prepare it for salvage vendors. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour. Must follow safety policies and wear PPE at all times.

Essential duties include inspecting items, sorting by category, receiving merchandise, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, reporting theft or hazards, and potentially crossing training as a Retail Sales Associate or Forklift Operator.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Meets minimum quota for the department.
• Inspects donated merchandise and assigns proper category.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Reports theft, misappropriation, or unauthorized possession.
• May be cross-trained to be a Retail Sales Associate or Forklift Operator.
• Receives and processes merchandise.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
