Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking workers to process donated merchandise at our Frederick, MD location. You will inspect items, categorize, and prepare stock for salvage vendors, adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to be trained and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Process donated merchandise for sale to salvage vendors.
• Inspect donated merchandise, assess quality, and categorize accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation; follow PPE rules.
• Cross-train to work as Retail Sales Associate or Forklift Operator.
• Report safety incidents and adhere to all safety rules.
