Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience by processing donated merchandise for sale at our Apache Junction store locations. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour with comprehensive benefits and total rewards.

This role requires lifting and working in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety and core values. Responsibilities include pricing, ticketing, stocking, and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meeting required quotas.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance and floor stock organization.
• Safeguards company property and reports theft, misappropriation or hazards promptly.
• Performs duties safely in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
